Your people are only as effective as the support around them. Coaching is that support.

One-to-one and group coaching for teams and leaders. Invested in by the people who understand that how your teams work together is the difference.

Start a conversation How it works

You're building something. Your people need to be able to keep up with it.

The businesses I work with are growing, changing, or navigating something significant. Their leaders are capable, but the demands on them are outpacing the support around them.

Coaching is how you close that gap. Not a training day. Not a performance review. A proper investment in the people who are most responsible for what happens next.

CEOs and MDs

Who want to develop key leaders, retain high-potential people, or address a specific challenge in their team.

Heads of People

Who need an independent, qualified coach to work alongside HR without the conflict of interest that comes with internal support.

Growing businesses

1 to 100 people. At the stage where leadership quality is the main variable between where you are and where you want to be.

Teams under pressure

Any team navigating change, managing fast growth, or where the dynamic between people is getting in the way of the work.

One-to-one coaching within your organisation

Most organisations lose good people not because of pay, but because those people stop growing. One-to-one coaching is how you change that for the individuals who matter most.

A coached leader performs differently. They make clearer decisions under pressure, manage their team more effectively, and approach challenges with more confidence. The people around them notice it. Their team notices it. And if they were close to burning out or thinking about leaving, that changes too.

Over the course of an engagement you will typically see a leader who communicates more directly, handles pressure with less reactivity, and takes ownership of decisions they were previously avoiding. For new appointees, coaching shortens the time it takes to lead with authority. For high performers under strain, it is often the difference between staying and going.

Best suited for

Retaining and developing a high-potential leader. Supporting a new appointment stepping into a bigger role. Addressing performance issues that need more than a process.

Group coaching for teams

Most team problems are not skills problems. They are communication, trust, and clarity problems. Group coaching addresses all three at the same time.

A team that works through group coaching comes out able to have the conversations they were previously avoiding. Decisions that were stalling get made. Tension that was costing time and energy gets resolved. Teams that were pulling in different directions find a shared sense of what they are there to do.

After coaching you typically see fewer escalations, faster agreement on priorities, and a team that handles pressure without fragmenting. New teams find their shape in weeks rather than months. Established teams that have been stuck find a new way of working. For teams navigating change, coaching is often what makes the difference between a group that holds together and one that does not.

Best suited for

New teams finding their shape. Teams navigating change, pressure, or fast growth. Groups where trust or communication needs rebuilding. Any team where the dynamic is getting in the way of the work.

Straightforward from the first conversation.

There's a sponsor conversation before anything else. That's you. We work out what's needed, what makes sense, and what everyone can expect from the process.

01

Sponsor conversation

We speak first. You tell me what's happening in your business and what you want coaching to address. I ask the questions that matter. We agree whether coaching is the right move.

02

We agree the shape

Scope, format, duration, and confidentiality boundaries. What you'll know as sponsor and what stays in the room. Clear from the start, agreed in writing before anything begins.

03

Coaching begins

Sessions are confidential. Whether one-to-one or group, the coachee leads the work. Your job is to trust the process and stay out of the room.

04

We review together

At agreed intervals I update you on engagement and progress against goals. The content stays protected. The outcomes don't. You'll see it in how your people show up.

Coaching only works when the person being coached chooses it. I won't begin an engagement where someone has been sent rather than supported to come. That conversation is part of the sponsor discussion.

Words from the people I've worked with.

Eoin offers clear, practical support for turning creative ambition into professional direction. As a multidisciplinary artist I often find it difficult to balance creative development with the practical and professional side of sustaining an arts career. Eoin helped me think clearly about goal setting, networking, communication, and how to position my work within a wider professional context.

I really recommend reaching out to Eoin. This industry is really tough and Eoin took the time to listen to me and weigh in on my project during a time when I felt overlooked. Eoin is professional, passionate about what he does and above all, a very kind human! If you're looking for someone knowledgeable to help you out who truly wants to see you succeed, Eoin is your guy!

Things organisations usually want to know.

If your question isn't here, it belongs in the first conversation. There are no wrong ones.

You don't get session content. That stays protected. What you get is a leader who thinks more clearly, makes better decisions, and shows up differently. The behavioural change is observable. You'll see it in how your people lead, communicate, and handle pressure.
Training gives people frameworks and information. Coaching helps people change how they think and act. The difference in outcomes is significant, particularly at senior level where the gap is rarely about knowledge. Most leaders know what to do. Coaching helps them understand why they're not doing it, and what to change.
The organisation funds the coaching. They do not receive content, notes, or summaries of sessions. What the coachee says stays protected. This is non-negotiable because it's what makes coaching work. A person who knows their employer can see what they say will not say the things that actually need to be said.
That's straightforward. Each person has their own individual engagement, their own confidentiality, and their own focus. I work with multiple leaders within the same organisation and the sessions are entirely separate. You don't get a consolidated view across people. Each relationship is independent.
No. Coaching only works when the person being coached chooses it. I won't take on an engagement where someone has been directed to attend rather than supported to consider it. If you're looking to address a performance concern, we talk about that in the sponsor conversation and agree whether coaching is the right intervention.
It depends on what we're addressing. Most one-to-one engagements within organisations run across six to twelve sessions. Group coaching programmes are typically structured across six to eight sessions with the team. We agree the shape at the start and review as we go. There's no fixed length that applies to everyone.
Pricing depends on the format and scope of the engagement. One-to-one coaching within an organisation is priced per person. Group coaching is priced as a programme for the cohort. We discuss investment in the sponsor conversation once we understand what makes sense for your situation.

It starts with a conversation.
