One-to-one and group coaching for teams and leaders. Invested in by the people who understand that how your teams work together is the difference.
The businesses I work with are growing, changing, or navigating something significant. Their leaders are capable, but the demands on them are outpacing the support around them.
Coaching is how you close that gap. Not a training day. Not a performance review. A proper investment in the people who are most responsible for what happens next.
Who want to develop key leaders, retain high-potential people, or address a specific challenge in their team.
Who need an independent, qualified coach to work alongside HR without the conflict of interest that comes with internal support.
1 to 100 people. At the stage where leadership quality is the main variable between where you are and where you want to be.
Any team navigating change, managing fast growth, or where the dynamic between people is getting in the way of the work.
Most organisations lose good people not because of pay, but because those people stop growing. One-to-one coaching is how you change that for the individuals who matter most.
A coached leader performs differently. They make clearer decisions under pressure, manage their team more effectively, and approach challenges with more confidence. The people around them notice it. Their team notices it. And if they were close to burning out or thinking about leaving, that changes too.
Over the course of an engagement you will typically see a leader who communicates more directly, handles pressure with less reactivity, and takes ownership of decisions they were previously avoiding. For new appointees, coaching shortens the time it takes to lead with authority. For high performers under strain, it is often the difference between staying and going.
Retaining and developing a high-potential leader. Supporting a new appointment stepping into a bigger role. Addressing performance issues that need more than a process.
Most team problems are not skills problems. They are communication, trust, and clarity problems. Group coaching addresses all three at the same time.
A team that works through group coaching comes out able to have the conversations they were previously avoiding. Decisions that were stalling get made. Tension that was costing time and energy gets resolved. Teams that were pulling in different directions find a shared sense of what they are there to do.
After coaching you typically see fewer escalations, faster agreement on priorities, and a team that handles pressure without fragmenting. New teams find their shape in weeks rather than months. Established teams that have been stuck find a new way of working. For teams navigating change, coaching is often what makes the difference between a group that holds together and one that does not.
New teams finding their shape. Teams navigating change, pressure, or fast growth. Groups where trust or communication needs rebuilding. Any team where the dynamic is getting in the way of the work.
There's a sponsor conversation before anything else. That's you. We work out what's needed, what makes sense, and what everyone can expect from the process.
We speak first. You tell me what's happening in your business and what you want coaching to address. I ask the questions that matter. We agree whether coaching is the right move.
Scope, format, duration, and confidentiality boundaries. What you'll know as sponsor and what stays in the room. Clear from the start, agreed in writing before anything begins.
Sessions are confidential. Whether one-to-one or group, the coachee leads the work. Your job is to trust the process and stay out of the room.
At agreed intervals I update you on engagement and progress against goals. The content stays protected. The outcomes don't. You'll see it in how your people show up.
Coaching only works when the person being coached chooses it. I won't begin an engagement where someone has been sent rather than supported to come. That conversation is part of the sponsor discussion.
