What to expect
Sessions are one-to-one, 60 minutes, fully online. We work at your pace, around your schedule. Every conversation is confidential.
Most clients work with me across six to twelve sessions, though some prefer a longer or more flexible arrangement. We'll agree what makes sense for you at the start and revisit it as we go.
