Book a free discovery call How it works

You spend most of your day managing other people's problems.

Coaching is the one hour that belongs entirely to you. No agenda from above. No questions from the team. Just the thinking you have not had time to do.

Senior leaders and executives

Directors, senior managers, business owners and those stepping into leadership for the first time.

At a genuine inflection point

A new role. Burnout. A question about what comes next. Something has shifted.

Ready to do the work

Done talking around it. Ready to sit with the harder questions and do something about them.

Fully online

Sessions are online. Clients are based across Ireland, the UK, Europe and beyond.

Peak performance and burnout recovery

You're still showing up. Still delivering. But something underneath has gone quiet in a way that concerns you. The drive that used to feel natural now takes effort. The things that mattered don't land the same way.

This isn't a performance problem. It's a signal. Coaching helps you hear what it's actually saying, before it says it louder.

Not every client here is running on empty. Some are performing well and want to understand exactly what is working, so they can sustain it rather than wait to burn out and rebuild. Coaching at your best is a different, earlier conversation than coaching at your limit, and both belong here.

We work on what's really happening, not the version you'd give in a one-to-one with your line manager. From there, you make decisions from a clearer place.

Leaders navigating AI transformation

Everyone is talking about AI strategy. Far fewer people are talking about what it takes to lead through one.

The pressure to have answers before you have information. The team dynamics when people are worried about their jobs. The decision-making when the stakes are high and the picture is incomplete. These are leadership challenges, not technical ones.

Coaching helps you get clear on what you actually think, how you want to lead, and what kind of leader you want to be as your organisation moves through this. The strategy is yours to build. The thinking behind it is what we work on.

Career progression and transition coaching

Some clients come to me before the move. They want the next level but have not yet made the case for it, to the right people or to themselves. We work on how you position yourself, how you manage up, and whether this is genuinely the direction you want.

Others come having just landed the role. A step up, a bigger team, a move into senior leadership. What got you here does not automatically transfer. The first 90 days matter because how you start shapes how people see you, and how you see yourself, for a long time.

Either way, coaching creates the clarity to move deliberately rather than reactively.

Going for the promotion New role Senior leadership

Built around you. Not a programme.

No fixed agenda. No workbook. No predetermined outcome. Every engagement is shaped by what you bring. This is how it starts.

01

Discovery call

A free 30-minute conversation. No commitment. You tell me what's going on. I ask the questions that matter. We both decide if this is the right fit.

02

We agree the shape

If we decide to work together, we agree what that looks like. Frequency, format, duration. Built around your situation, not a standard package.

03

The work begins

Sessions are yours. You bring what matters. No preparation required. The space is confidential and completely separate from your working environment.

04

We review as we go

Coaching is not a fixed journey. We check in on what's useful, adjust the focus, and close when the work feels done. Not when a package runs out.

All sessions are fully confidential. Nothing leaves the room. A safe, non-judgemental space where you can think out loud without managing how you're perceived.

Words from the people I've worked with.

Eoin offers clear, practical support for turning creative ambition into professional direction. As a multidisciplinary artist I often find it difficult to balance creative development with the practical and professional side of sustaining an arts career. Eoin helped me think clearly about goal setting, networking, communication, and how to position my work within a wider professional context.

Martin Della Vechia Multidisciplinary artist

I really recommend reaching out to Eoin. This industry is really tough and Eoin took the time to listen to me and weigh in on my project during a time when I felt overlooked. Eoin is professional, passionate about what he does and above all, a very kind human! If you're looking for someone knowledgeable to help you out who truly wants to see you succeed, Eoin is your guy!

Cry Baby Amy Musician

Eoin has mentored with Minding Creative Minds for a number of years. He brings real breadth of experience to every one on one conversation, and always makes it relevant to the person in front of him. He goes the extra mile, for the mentees he works with and for MCM itself.

Dave Reid Founder, Minding Creative Minds

Eoin inspires people who want to lead in their sector to be the change they want to see. His active participation approach has yielded strong results for hundreds of creative industries professionals and his experience in ultra-competitive sectors means he understands how to develop the right mindset in those who wish to grow.

Things people usually want to know.

If your question isn't here, ask it on the discovery call. There are no wrong ones.

If you're carrying a question you can't quite resolve, or you're at a moment that feels significant and you want to approach it with more intention, coaching is probably worth exploring. The discovery call is the right place to work that out. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you honestly.
No. Most of the people I work with are high-functioning and successful by any external measure. Coaching is for people at a moment where they want to think more clearly, decide more confidently, or understand what's happening beneath the surface. Struggling is not a prerequisite.
There are three packages: Spark, Momentum, and Shift, built around three, six, or twelve sessions. Which one makes sense depends on where you are and what you are working through, not a standard formula. We talk through the right fit on the discovery call, and there is no obligation to go further from there.
That depends on what you bring. What most clients find is that clarity comes faster than they expected. By the end of an engagement, most people have made a significant decision, shifted a pattern that was holding them back, or arrived somewhere they couldn't see from where they started. The work is honest and it moves.
Therapy tends to focus on the past and on healing. Coaching works from where you are now and focuses on what you want to change, decide, or understand going forward. There's overlap in some approaches, but coaching is not a clinical or mental health intervention. If something comes up that sits in therapy territory, I'll say so honestly.
That's a fine place to start. Some of the most useful coaching begins with exactly that. We start with where you are, not where you think you should be. The discovery call is a good place to begin working that out.
It varies. Some people work with me intensively over a short period around a specific situation. Others prefer a longer, more open engagement. We agree the shape together and we review it as we go. There's no fixed length.
Yes. Full confidentiality is a foundation of the coaching relationship. Nothing you say leaves the room. If your organisation is funding the coaching, they receive no content, no summaries, and no feedback. That's non-negotiable.

What if 30 minutes changed the next six months?
