I became a coach because of a pattern I kept seeing.

I noticed it across nearly every role and conversation with someone at a crossroads. People already had the answers. What they were missing was the clarity to see them and the confidence to act.

I spent over 12 years in digital marketing, working with clients including American Express, Coca-Cola, Adobe, and Hewlett Packard. I also worked as an artist manager and music business consultant, lectured at BIMM University Dublin, and mentor artists and creatives through Minding Creative Minds. Both worlds taught me what it costs to perform at a high level without anyone to think alongside.

I trained as an executive coach through Symbiosis Coaching. Coaching is the work I find most meaningful, and the most direct application of everything I have learned across both careers.
